Goblin Slayer II Ep 9 Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Episode 9 of ‘Goblin Slayer II’ is titled “Heart of Darkness.” After discovering a secret elevator, Goblin Slayer and the group enter the nest.

The elevator descends to the bottom of the dungeon, where all the goblins are gathered. Once the door opens, Goblin Slayer leads the way to a goblin massacre. However, their momentum is stopped by a magical shaman leading the goblins.

The shaman releases a toxic gas that almost knocks out the entire group. However, Priestess still has one trump card up her sleeve.

2. Episode 9 Speculation

Now that High Elf’s sister’s marriage is safely over, the adventurers can return home. The next episode will likely be a farewell from all the elves and some gifts. Once Goblin Slayer reaches home, he has a lot of responsibilities.

Since Goblin Slayer has been neglecting his family for a while, he may focus on spending time with Cow Girl. Goblin Slayer had also promised Cow Girl to be a better younger brother, so he should start working on that. Regardless, the next episode will be the beginning of a new arc.

3. Recap of Episode 8

Goblin Slayer has seen this type of nest before on one of his many adventures. As the group navigate down the spirals, they encounter a secret door. Using a secret code, Priestess manages to open the door. As they enter the room, everyone’s on the lookout for traps.

The secret room turns out to be an elevator. As the group descends into the nest, High Elf expresses her gratitude. Even though High Elf only wanted to invite them to the wedding, everything turned into a mess. Dwarf reassures her, glad he can make the elves owe him a favour.

The elevator stops at the bottom, and goblins are grouped right outside. As the door opens, Goblin Slayer and the others begin the massacre. As predicted, a shaman goblin lies in the back, helping them with sorcery. High Elf manages to land an arrow into the shaman’s shoulder, but it releases a toxic purple gas.

Dwarf, Lizard Man and Goblin Slayer nearly pass out from the gas. However, Priestess casts a holy spell that takes the shaman out. Goblin Slayer recovers quickly and gets the others up. Once everyone is regrouped, they run through the goblins and jump off the castle walls.

With a massive wave of water from the Tsunami spell, all the goblins drown. Priestess starts feeling insecure about using the Great Earth Mother’s miracles. However, the rainbow that forms above reassures Priestess that it’ll be fine. Meanwhile, Sword Maiden’s adventurers are on a different mission nearby.

After getting back to the village, High Elf’s sister gets married. The ceremony looks magical under the moonlit night. After the vows, the party begins, and Goblin Slayer’s team joins in. Although Lizard Man and Dwarf are drinking and feasting, Orcbolg and Priestess watch from the sidelines.

High Elf talks with them both and drags all the girls together. Cow Girl and Guild Girl are also at the party, dressed spectacularly. The bride throws the flower crown into the crowd for the women to catch.
