After a sudden attack on the village, Goblin Slayer and the others discover a vast underground tunnel built by the goblins. The newbie adventurers have already left the town, but that may have been their first mistake.

After taking down the tunnel and goblin nest, Goblin Slayer and the other adventurers can finally relax. Wizard Boy has already left the town on his adventure, desperate to make a name for himself as the Dragon Slayer.

The next episode may even be focused on him and his adventure. Besides that, Goblin Slayer has a lot of work to be done after discovering the nest of tunnels under the village. Even though they closed one of the nests, more may be waiting for the chance to attack.

3. Recap of Episode 4

Goblin Slayer’s lecture is interrupted by a scream from the town’s direction. He heads to the crime scene first with the priestess, where they find a lot of bodies. Once nightfall comes, the other adventurers also meet up with Goblin Slayer to make a plan.

High Elf goes to warn the others about the goblins. The rest of the adventurers try to create a plan of attack to eliminate the goblins. Priestess says that the goblins may also target the newbies heading home since they would be much weaker.

To provide reinforcements, she goes by herself to protect the newbies. Meanwhile, the rest of the group goes down one of the tunnels and tries to track the main base of goblins. The walls burst open as the goblins try to ambush the party.

They quickly take down every goblin that shows itself and prevent any from getting through. A hobgoblin uses the darkness to try and attack the main village, but it gets cut in half. The newbies desperately try to escape, but the goblins throw rocks atop the trees.

Priestess reaches just in time to change the flow of battle. The wizard boy desperately tries to find a way to be helpful and shouts at everyone to get behind him. Everybody covers their ears while he uses Crescunt to scream at supersonic levels and stun the goblins.

Lizard Man uses an ancient spell to scare the goblins down the tunnel. Afterward, Goblin Slayer tells Dwarf to open the ceiling and let the lake flow down. Once the lake fills the tunnel, they can use magic to freeze the hole and close the nest.

After clearing up everything, Wizard Boy goes on an adventure to create a name for himself. Goblin Slayer is incredibly proud even if he doesn’t show it, and Cow Girl notices his happiness.
