Frieren episode 7 will see Frierein and Fren start their journey to Aureole. The last time Frierein embarked on the journey to the North took ten years of her time. For Frierein, this is a short amount of time, but not as much for Fren. While on the journey, Fren will grow older, and Frierein might not be as quick to notice it.
Stark has chosen to embark on the adventure along with Frieren and Fern, meaning that there is a lot he will learn from them and a lot that they will learn from him.

Frieren is content to stay in the city to pursue her magical study, but Fern and Stark are frightened when they learn that the checkpoint may be closed for two years.
Stark tells Fern that he wants to go on an adventure so that he can regale Eisen with his stories. Fortunately, the city’s castellan recognizes Frieren and cheerfully unlocks the checkpoint for her, believing she is on her way north to appease the monsters.
Frieren and her group are given a hero’s send-off, which embarrasses Frieren, but Fern and Stark are overjoyed because this is the official start of their expedition.
