Avan led the way to Vearn’s palace in episode 75 of Dragon Quest, titled “The Secret Way of Purification.”
Hyunckel was the star of this episode. He acted selfishly, but he intended to protect his friends from the impending danger. He followed what Avan had taught him, helping his friends and defeating enemies simultaneously.
Avan revealed what he had been up to all this time. He has been training to get stronger and is back with some new magic spells. He explained in much detail how he has learned and grown stronger, and now he has gained the power of purification.

Dai, Avan, and the others enter the palace castle in episode 76 of Dragon Quest, titled “The Steady Advance of Justice.”
There might be a sharp turn of events in the next episode as we see Mystvearn transforming into a big monster in the preview. Avan is going to request something from Leona.
Crocodile and the others are trying their best to push Zaboera back but it looks like Mystvearn will ruin their plan and become a major hindrance for them. It will be interesting to see what they are going to do to stop Mystvearn and Zaboera.

Episode 75 Recap
Hyunckel accuses Avan that he has become weaker. He tells everyone that he is not even half as strong as die or even Popp or Hyunckel himself. It is pointless to let him lead the team.
Everyone is shocked by such an accusation. Popp gets angry at him and tries to convince him not to be like that. Hyunckel is determined and doesn’t want to progress if Avan is their leader. He decides to stay back.
Avan comes forward to talk to him, but after looking at Hyunckel, he decides to move forward without him.
Everyone is upset with Hyunckel’s behavior, but Avan and Leona assure them that he is doing all this to keep them safe as there will be a swarm of enemies hoarding him once they leave him behind. He followed what Avan had taught him about battle tactics.
Hyunckel gets surrounded by monsters from the underground, but he doesn’t let others stop him. Dai and Popp are curious about what their master has been doing all this time. He tells them that he has attained a new spell called Zip that helped him reach them so quickly after he fought Killvearn.
This spell gives the user the ability to regroup with his allies. It’s a mystic spell used when one is lost in the labyrinth. While talking, they reach a giant gate that’s like the Giant Citadel Gate at the entrance of Vearn palace.
Avan tells everyone to step back as he is going to use the new powers he obtained with training.
After his fight with Haldar, he went to the cave of trials in the Carl kingdom. There he reached a much deeper level than Leona to obtain purifying spells. He reached more than 150 levels down by the time Leona obtained her Kaglimmer.
He binds the gate with a golden circle and tells them that this is not a spell but the Secret Way of Purification. It’s a secret way to amplify a spell’s purifying power. He opens the gate to the palace, and they move ahead as Hyunckel fights the monsters to prevent their advance.

Dragon Quest is an anime and manga series based on the rpg video game of the same name.
The story features Dai, a boy living in the Dermline Islands and his quest of becoming a hero and realizing his powers and helping Princess Leona along the way.
The games were adapted into two major television series. Dragon Quest: The Adventures of Dai is the remake of the 1991 series which had 46 episodes in total.
