The island where it all started, and which holds the key to end everything is fast approaching in episode 6 of Dr. Stone season 3, titled “Treasure Island.”
As Perseus takes sail into the sea, Senku and the team begin brainstorming their future goals and collecting all the information about the island they have. Senku talks about the stories Ruri has heard passed down from Byakuya’s generation and the ship they crashed in.
Deducing that the key to solving the petrification must lie in the same spaceship that crashed down, Senku decides that the Soyuz ship must be on Treasure Island, filled with items meant to be passed down to him from his father.

1. Episode 7 Speculation:
They quickly approach Treasure Island and will soon be able to get onto it if everything goes ok. Currently, the ship is trapped in the middle of the storm, which they’re taking advantage of, and the information they find could either be extremely good or highly dangerous.
If the Treasure Island has not reached the same level of technology as the Ishigami Village, they will likely be quite feral and maybe even hostile to random approaching ships. A fight may break out soon, but the one with more technology will be the victor.

3. Recap of Episode 6:
Senku announces his plan to save all 7 billion people from the petrification now, and everybody immediately begins questioning it since they’re all out of revival fluid. Immediately in response, he says there’s a secret ingredient on the island left by Byakuya that can make unlimited revival fluid.
We cut to a flashback 3700 years in the past, right after Byakuya’s team lands back on earth, the island where they spent the rest of their lives and created a treasure box with all sorts of items stored inside, and besides that was the story that they passed down for generations.
Senku had heard it from Ruri, the Hundred Tales, as they passed it down, something that takes an entire life to thoroughly memorize and then even pass it down so that eventually Byakuya could reach Senku. He realizes that platinum is the one ore they need to make the revival fluid.
Reviving people one by one would eventually reach a scenario where chaos ensues, and they lose their leadership and may even incur violence within the people. However, if they revive everyone at the same time, then that problem is easily solved.
One of the power team members reveals his story to Senku and everyone else, saying that he isn’t actually from the Ishigami village but was just washed up there with a name that would be entirely out of place. But now it all makes sense; his name is Soyuz, the same as the ship that Byakuya rode.
The original goal of the Treasure Island was to eventually reach Japan, which is how some of them ended up forming Ishigami village. Yuzuriha accidentally talks about the ship, leading to a tour of the entire boat and all its different areas.
As they continue sailing, the mood of the sea quickly changes as a massive storm starts showing its fangs, and multiple people on the ship begin panicking. However, Senku uses this opportunity to take a good look at the village from afar without alerting anyone about it.
