Episode 7 of ‘Dr. Stone New World Cour 2’ is titled “Joker.” Senku and the Kingdom of Science face Ibara headfirst as they walk directly onto the ship.

Gen and Senku convince the soldiers that they are all sorcerers with a spectacular show of magnesium’s ignition. Before they can get to Ibara, Moz arrives on his boat. The Kingdom of Science is no match for Moz’s strength and is cornered below deck.

With the entire team trapped below deck, Ibara and Moz scoff at their hopeless plan. However, Senku still has one Joker card to reveal.

2. Episode 7 Speculation

Hyoga was taken down too fast, but he bought enough time for Senku and the team to escape. Senku’s team is probably directly headed toward the lab car to retrieve the drone. It may not be necessary since Yo has already recovered Medusa from Ibara.

Moz has already defeated Hyoga, meaning he may go after Medusa next. However, it’s unlikely that Moz will hand it back to Ibara. Now that the village knows the old master was petrified, Ibara has no more allies.

3. Recap of Episode 6

Senku and the team catch up with Gen’s boat and announce their plan to shut down Ibara. With zero hesitation, Magma and the power team charge onto the ship. Magma starts firing randomly, hoping to get a lucky shot at Ibara. Nikki bonks him on the head to stop him from wasting ammo.

Yo takes the gun back and realizes there are only three shots left. Senku puts some magnesium into the barrel, and Yo fires it into the sky, which creates a massive burst of white light. Gen tells everyone on the ship that it’s sorcery, which will instantly kill 50 people. Hearing this, multiple soldiers jump off the deck.

The Science Kingdom notices Moz arriving on a boat. Senku has no more opportunities to negotiate or escape, so they try to fight him. Moz goes for Yo first, knocking him and the gun into the sea. Nobody else can match Moz’s strength, and they duck below deck.

Ibara and Moz corner the team in the basement and announce their victory. However, Senku still has a trump card to use. Gen discreetly lockpicks the metal door behind them, letting Hyoga out. Kinro hands Hyoga the golden spear, putting all his faith in him.

Ibara runs above deck after realizing that the Kingdom of Science can revive statues. Hyoga realizes he can choose sides now and kill Senku if he wishes. Gen asks Nikki to pretend to be in love with Hyoga, but she gets all flustered. Hyoga asks Moz if he believes in Tsukasa’s selection philosophy, and Moz agrees in order to trick Hyoga.

After Moz continues talking about selecting cute girls in the village, Hyoga asks if he only cares about beauty. Moz agrees, and Hyoga makes his decision. Meanwhile, Yuzuriha and Soyuz complete the master’s statue and rush to the ship.

Kirisame arrives at the ship on a boat with the petrification device. Senku and the team get on two boats to rush back to the island. Moz goes above deck and uses a full-strength charge that knocks Hyoga out. Ibara plans to use the petrification device on the island, but Kirisame protests.

Kirisame remembers the master’s words never to use the petrification device on a broad area. Taiju brings the statue into view and shouts to the ship. Before Kirisame can realize what’s going on, Ibara petrifies her. Suddenly, a gunshot fires through Ibara’s hand. Yo emerges from the sea and grabs Medusa as it falls from Ibara’s hand.
