2. Episode 6 Speculation

The Kingdom of Science is now split into two teams to retrieve the petrification device and reveal the village’s secret. While Yuzuriha and Soyuz recreate the Master’s statue, the rest of the team must stall for time.

Magma will likely gun for Ibara from the beginning but will fail. Since he’s from the New World, he has never seen or used a gun before. Unless Ryusui, Senku, and Kinro take the initiative, this battle will be a lost cause.

Ryusui still hasn’t revealed the drone to the enemy, so Ibara doesn’t precisely know what to look out for. Once forced to use the petrification device, the Science Kingdom has a chance at victory.

The village guard charges at the hooded group, and Kinro stands in front with his spear. With a single stab, he crumbles their defenses and stops their charge. Ukyo and Senku also support from the backlines. Moz invites them to fight, and the girls poke at him with a spear.

He pretends to be tremendously knocked back, and the village guards are terrified. Moz tells Kirisame they can only win by using Medusa, so she tells everyone to close their eyes. Ryusui launches the drone while she throws it, but he pulls it back immediately.

An eerie feeling goes over both Senku and Ryusui as they realize a fatal oversight. Ibara retrieved the mic earring from Kohaku’s statue and heard Senku’s plans. After seeing the throw, Senku immediately deduces that it is a fake device, and they retreat to the lab.

They take off in the lab car while Moz chases them down. Yo realizes that the gun is missing along with Magma and Gen. Magma had stolen the gun to prove himself as the strongest by killing Ibara while Gen chased him to try and change his mind.

All of a sudden, they realize that the Perseus has begun moving. The villagers are also taken to the ship, and Ibara plans to petrify the island. However, Senku realizes that all the villagers being gathered in one spot is convenient for exposing the village’s secret.

They split into two teams, one to steal the Master’s statue and one to go to the ship. Magma takes a shot at Ibara but misses. They get on it and row towards Ibara to get a closer shot. The Senku team also gets on their own boat and follows behind.

Taiju opens the Inner Palace curtains to find the Master’s statue in pieces. Yuzuriha immediately gets to work and begins piecing them together. Soyuz remembers his father and starts tearing up. With his photographic memory, they start piecing all the statue pieces together.
