Episode 9 of ‘Dr. Stone New World Cour 2’ is titled “First Dream.” In this episode, the Science Kingdom is brought back to life.

Senku revives Chrome first and tells him about his victory against Ibara. After the story, Senku revives Taiju, Francois, and Amaryllis to create a food supply and move statues around. One by one, each member of the Science Kingdom is restored.

However, a concerning call from the mainland reaches Senku’s phone. Senku connects with Ruri, who talks about a mysterious message being transmitted.

2. Episode 10 Speculation

After recovering Medusa from Ibara, the Science Kingdom only had a day to celebrate. The message being transmitted regularly means that Why-Man is still out there. Senku deduced that Why-Man must be on the moon, far out of their reach.

However, Senku is not the type to give up so easily. The next episode will start a new arc to create a rocket to the moon. Senku will make a proper roadmap of all the milestones as usual. Creating a rocket that can take people into space will be the biggest invention yet.

Senku will likely need rocket fuel and a lot of metals first. Regular oil will not work for rockets, so Senku may need to find a new oil field. Besides that, the Science Kingdom also needs to return to the mainland.

3. Recap of Episode 9

Senku revives Chrome first, who immediately begins celebrating their victory. Next up, Senku and Chrome realize that they haven’t properly eaten in a long time. Amaryllis, Taiju, and Francois are the first to be revived to ensure a good food supply.

Senku says that the phone had died moments after Ruri’s call. However, Chrome realizes Ruri would never waste a call’s battery for no real reason. The communication system on the Perseus has been destroyed, so Senku revives Kaseki and the others.

Senku also brings back Magma, Gen and Kirisame. Senku asks Kirisame to tell them where Ginro and Kohaku’s statues are. Senku revives almost everyone by nighttime, including Oarashi and some village folk.

Senku tries to reconnect with Ruri over call after fixing the Perseus. Ruri asks if Senku has been sending weird transmissions. The team carefully tries to pinpoint what’s being said, and then the voice says, “Twelve million eight hundred thousand meters, one second.” Kohaku quickly jumps away, and Medusa doesn’t respond.

Senku realizes that they commanded the exact diameter of the earth. However, Ukyo says there’s a more concerning issue. With no doubt in his mind, Ukyo says the voice belongs to Senku. Senku agrees, and everybody goes into a panic. In the morning, Senku realizes that the message is being sent regularly. Ukyo listens again and says there’s no difference from the last message, meaning it was recorded.

Kirisame spars with Kohaku to train for future battles. Taiju retrieved an odd statue from the ocean, which was older than all the other statues. The statue’s hand had the Medusa tattooed on top of it. However, Matsukaze runs toward Ginro and bows down to him. Ginro looks just like Matsukaze’s old master.

Ginro tells Matsukaze to tell them everything about the petrification device. Matsukaze says that the petrification devices rained down from the sky, turning everyone to stone. Hearing this, Senku, Chrome, and Ukyo run back to the ship. After installing a parabolic antenna facing upward, Senku realizes the signal is coming from the moon.

Gen realizes what’s coming next after seeing Senku’s face. Without a trace of doubt, Senku announces their next stop is the moon.
