The Jump Special Anime Festa was held earlier today and an episode 0 of Dr Stone was announced. The special episode 0 is a preview of the upcoming season 2 which will debut in January 2021.
The preview video features Homura Momiji, the right-hand woman of Hyouga from Tsukasa’s army. She was in charge of keeping an eye on the Ishigami village.
The communication device built by Senku had to be carried to Taiju, thus Homura had to be distracted. Kohaku goes after her, and Senku catches her off guard with a light bulb.
Even though Senku pins her down, she escapes. However, Senku had put some black stone powder on her which glows when hit by light. This will help them in tracking her down.
Season 2 Plot
A battle between the Kingdom of Science and Tsukasa’s army will take place. This will be a decisive battle for mankind’s future. Who will rule? Science and intelligence or brutal force?
Senku is about to invent a whole lot of new technology. A war tank in the stone age is unthinkable but not impossible! Who are the traitors in Tsukasa’s army?

Every human on the planet was turned into Stone after a mysterious flash of light hit Earth. Four thousand years after Senku, a student is confronted with a brand new world, an Earth without Humanity.
Now animals rule the world, and nature has reclaimed the planet. Senku and his friend Taiju begin trying to find a way to restore humanity.
