The final panel of the previous chapter showed us the existence of wild animals. This may hint that an animal roar may be the key to activate the shock cannon that will crack the vial.

However, this is just speculation; we cannot say the exact phenomena that will trigger the device. Considering that Senku’s plan will work out, Suika will need to make revival fluid first to revive her teammates.

All the grave injuries that Senku and his friends incurred will be healed from the revival procedure. Who knows, it may even bring Tsukasa, Hyoga, and Kohaku back to life.

Few hundred meters away, Stanley comes up with an insane idea to blow the vial with a single gunshot. This way, there will be a slim probability that a well-placed shot will knock the fluid on one of their men.

Senku explains that he is not even slightly interested in ruling the world; instead, he wants to build the future world with science. He bids Xeno farewell till the next time they meet again.

III. Stanley Loses the Science War

Stanley overhears their little conversation and concludes that Senku will need Xeno’s expertise to reform the world. Thus, science will live on with Xeno, and Senku may even use Stanley’s statue as hostage to force Xeno to cooperate with them.

At last, Stanley decides not to shoot the vial, and thereby handing over humanity’s fate to Senku and Xeno. Slowly, one by one, all of them turn into stone. Most of them take a defensive position to prevent themselves from breaking.
