I. Is Classroom of the Elite Season 3 on a Break?

‘Classroom of the Elite Season 3’ is not on a break this week. Episode 8 has not been delayed and will be released on the above-stated date.

2. Episode 8 Speculation

Ayanokoji has become the target of the entire class as they come to a consensus to expel him. However, the vote was entirely controlled by Sakayanagi in secret. Although Sakayanagi tries to blame it on Yamauchi, Ayanokoji knows the truth behind her plan.

Suzune’s plan will most likely work due to her confidence and status in the school. Yamauchi was the group’s figurehead who decided to expel Ayanokoji and targeting him would make the most impact. Even if Yamauchi does not get expelled, Suzune probably just plans to divert votes away from Ayanokoji.

As long as Ayanokoji’s group and some other people give him enough positive votes, he won’t get expelled. However, Suzune will need to convince the rest of the class that Yamauchi deserves to be expelled.

3. Recap of Episode 7

All the classes are nervous about the upcoming special exam. Classmates refuse to talk to each other about their choices, and everybody is suspicious of each other. Suzune is confused about how to handle this situation and doubts her leadership ability.

Ayanokoji runs into Asahina, who tells him that Honami asked Miyabi for help in the upcoming exam. Nagumo had asked Ichinose to date him in exchange for dating him. Ayanokoji goes to Hirata’s room to discuss his concerns about the next exam.

Ayanokoji invites Ichinose to talk about the exam later in the day. Ichinose comes clean about the deal with Nagumo and explains that it’s the only way to save everyone. The following day, Suzune notices the class has become much more relaxed.

Suzune suspects that the class has made a group consensus to kick someone out. Since Ayanokoji and his friends weren’t invited to any decision-making, the target is probably in his group. Ayanokoji gets a call from Kei saying that close to half the class is intent on expelling him.

Ayanokoji meets with Kushida and asks her who the ringleader is. Kushida says she’s the only one who knows and thus can’t tell Ayanokoji. Although Kushida tries to pin it on Yamauchi, Ayanokoji knows it’s Sakayanagi. Ayanokoji calls Horikita and asks him for a favor.

Suzune meets with her brother on the rooftop the following day to ask for advice about the next test. During class time, Horikita stands up with an announcement. Suzune stands in front of the class and says that instead of creating groups to control the vote, she wants to state it immediately. As everyone listens in suspense, Suzune names Yamauchi Haruki as the one who deserves to be expelled.
