Boruto Episode 286: Release Date, Speculations, Watch Online 

The Ultra Particle is finally released in episode 285 of Boruto, titled “Sasuke’s Story: The Sky that Fell to the Earth.”

With the brains of Sasuke and Sakura put together, they eventually solve the puzzle and discover the Ultra Particles and manage to retrieve them in a sealed form to take back to the village. However, Zansul’s plans run more profoundly than they imagined.

With the release of the seal, the terrain under them collapses, and the dragon beasts that they revived are at a scale much more significant than they imagined. The betrayal of a fellow inmate and Zansul’s elaborate plans prove troublesome for Sasuke.

1. Episode 286 Speculation

Next episode, we will likely see Sasuke take on the vast dragon beast in battle, and considering his feats so far, it should be a manageable challenge. If he doesn’t plan to kill it, he may also try to undo the genjutsu and take control of it instead.

Meanwhile, Zansul’s army of beasts will also be an issue, but Sasuke and Sakura will have to fight through them all. Kakashi may hopefully make an entrance, too, since his job at the mansion is technically over.

3. Recap of Episode 285

As Sakura receives a message from Kakashi, she finds the Prime Minister of Redaku has begun taking action and realizes she needs to let Sasuke know as soon as possible. She walks through the prison canteen searching for Sasuke but can’t find him.

Ganno joins her on the table, notices the ring on her finger, and asks what kind of person her husband is, and immediately deduces that she’s talking about Sasuke. 

Sasuke spreads apricots across the rooftop according to some plan of his to beat Zansul, and he notices some lake when gazing out into the sunset, which seems interesting. Sakura also begins connecting the dots and explains her logic to Sasuke.

He listens to her and then returns to his cell, later sneaking out in the night and going with Sakura to the lake, which is star-filled and perfectly reflective. They talk about their relationship and how he feels spending so much time away from the family.

Sakura reassures him, giving him peace of mind, and they decide to move on with the mission and get the Ultra Particles. The river starts swirling and grows as bright as the sun in a massive beam of light.

Sakura puts her hand on it and gets the Ultra Particle wrapped in a seal, but upon taking them, the dragon beasts begin flying from the institute. Sasuke runs into Zansul, who explains his plan and that he needed those Ultra Particles to revive more beasts.

Sasuke checks his chakra with his Sharingan and notices an odd pattern, unlike a shinobi. Meanwhile, the dragon beasts go on a rampage, and Sakura goes to help the prisoners out.

Sakura runs into Jiji, one of the inmates revealed to be a traitor working at Zansul and stabs Sakura with a poison-coated kunai. He retrieves the Ultra Particle and releases the seal splitting the terrain apart.

Everything splits apart as a colossal beast revives from beneath the surface, and Sakura lies hopelessly within the debris.
