Delta and Naruto fought with each other as Boruto, Himawari and Kawaki watched them from a distance. The fight got pretty ugly when Delta pierced through Naruto’s body with her blade.
However, Naruto later got up and revealed that he was just testing her limits, making Delta even more furious.
She attempted to attack Himawari, but Kawaki came in between. As a result, his hand got broken. Kawaki mentioned the vase again at the end.

1. Episode 199 Preview & Speculation
Naruto should’ve been able to dodge that last beam attack. We’ve seen pretty impressive Naruto. And it was pretty surprising he didn’t use shadow clones jutsu even once.
However, Episode 198 was quite disappointing for me. I think the animation was alright, but it was rushed, and the timing was off by quite a bit. Hopefully, the fight will pick up energy next week.
The next episode will continue the fight between Naruto and Delta as there is no way Naruto will let Delta go away after attacking Himawari. She’ll get what’s coming to her next week.

Episode 199 of the Boruto (2021) anime, titled “Overload”, has been released on Sunday, May 16, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

Delta says that she knows everything about Naruto and asks him to move aside as her goal is Kawaki. But Naruto steps forward, saying that Kawaki is his important guest and he will take care of him.
Naruto tells Boruto to protect Himawari and Kawaki. Soon, Delta starts attacking Naruto and he realizes that her attacks are strong. But he grabs her leg and smashes her on the ground. While she is on the ground, Naruto uses his Rasengan on her.
However, she absorbs it with her right eye. Kawaki reveals to Boruto that Delta has absorbed the Rasengan by her specially-made eyes. However, soon Naruto realizes that it is not Delta’s legs that are the Scientific Ninja Tools, not her eyes.
After fusing with Kurama, Naruto starts to fight again. But Delta manages to pierce a blade through Naruto’s body and thinks to herself that she is already done with Naruto.
But Naruto’s chakra rises like flames, and she realizes that Naruto is a monster just like her. Boruto also wants to join the battle as a helping hand to his father, but Naruto asks him to stay back.
After a long battle, Delta realizes that Naruto was just testing her strength till now. This makes her furious, but she also realizes that she is no match for Naruto.
Naruto lands a flying knee and sends her flying. She attacks the kids, but Naruto punches her. Moreover, Kawaki’s arm gets broken while protecting Hiwamari.
