Yhwach arrives at the doorstep of Soul Society in episode 11 of Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Cour 2, titled “Too Early to Win, Too Late to Know.”
After a long history with the Soul King and Ichibe, Yhwach finally arrives at Soul Society to change the world once and for all. He is met with the entire forces of Squad Zero, and his soldiers get taken out one by one. Yhwach doesn’t join the fight yet, but his underlings are more than capable.

2. Episode 12 Speculation
The Royal Palace is about to become very eventful as multiple fights begin with close odds. Yhwach has moved directly to fight Ichibe instead of dealing with his underlings, while Haschwalth and Uryu are left to deal with Namaiya.
Ichigo and the group are also on the way, but they’ll probably take longer to reach the Palace. Yhwach vs. Ichibe will be the highlight of the next episode, although the battle will be extremely difficult since Ichibe holds the Soul King’s Left Arm.

A thousand years ago, the Royal Guard Ichibe Hyosube tried to negotiate a non-violent truce with the Lichtreich and met with Yhwach. He proposed that they let the Shinigami maintain the world balance, but Yhwach refused, knowing that the Soul King had altered the state of this world and imbued it with the fear of death.
It escalated to a fight where Ichibe revealed the Soul King’s Left Arm to negate Yhwach’s “The Almighty.” He says he would never be able to use it ever again. Now, Yhwach arrives at the Royal Palace ready to create a new world of peace.
Ganju Shiba reaches Ichigo and the others to join them at the Royal palace. Everyone on the battlefield watches the lift-off, knowing what’s coming. Yhwach battles against Senjumaru and the Divine Soldiers, Soul King’s Blade.
He reveals Nianzol Weizol, someone who can bend enemies. Senjumaru had already finished her attack before walking up, and he explodes into a pool of blood filled with weaving needles.
Yhwach reveals the rest of the Stern Ritters to fight against Senjumaru. She summons the Soul King’s Shield, a gigantic titan that gets taken down within an instant. She gets shot in the head, and they take down the rest of the Royal Palace.
The Stern Ritters assume they won, but everything crumbles around them. The Royal Palace they were seeing was just a fake the entire time, and with the real one, Ichibe and the rest of Squad Zero arrive. Oh-Etsu Namaiya pulls out a wobbly blade, but it somehow kills everyone who attacks him in a single hit, starting with Gerard.
None can land a clean hit on him as he dodges through everything and slices them up. He explains that his sword, Sayafushi, was created so sharp that not a single sheath could hold it. Yhwach flies up above them all, going directly to Ichibe.
