1. Chapter 342 Raw Scans, Leaks
The raw scans for Chapter 342 are now out. The chapter starts off with Ichika telling the legend of the land of the Sun. The legend talks about a five-headed dragon who was stopped from causing destruction by a celestial maiden.
The dragon’s power then turns the surrounding sea black. The Yami Clan protected the area which was owned by the Ryudo family. Sukehiro protects his sister from his father when he attacks her and calls her incapable of fighting.
Another flashback shows Ryuya telling how he wants to build a world where people look at each other as equals. Sukehiro tells that it is a silly dream but he should go with it. At present, Ichika believes all his words were lies and Asta must not trust him.
Asta’s belief in his captain stays strong and despite Ichika telling that she saw it, he does not believe it. Ichika then unleashes her magic, cloaking her body in a samurai outfit, and prepares to fight Asta.
2. Chapter 342 Speculation
In Black Clover chapter 342, we could see the story behind Ichika’s revelation in her narration or a flashback and find out why Yami did it. I anticipate we will learn more about his clan, his past, and if Ichika is telling the truth.

Three new characters are introduced in Black Clover chapter 341, and they are all members of the Ryuzen Seven. Ryuya introduces them as Jozo Hanegatsuji, Daizaemon O’oka, and Komari Imari. Asta was quickly defeated by all three Ryuzen Seven members utilizing their Zetten.
As he was later revealed to be resting after consistently losing to the Ryuzen Seven members, Asta resumed training once he had healed. Asta was seen contemplating Zetten because he hadn’t yet mastered the skill.

Asta explains to her how Yami Sukehiro is his benefactor because he was the one who opened the door for him to attempt and accomplish his objectives. He is stopped by Ichika, who reveals how her brother murdered their entire tribe and considers him the scum of the lowest order.
