Meanwhile Yuno lies unconscious but suddenly opens his eyes, only seeing ruin around him and no sign of his comrades. Zenon remarks that even spatial magic that can erase and hollow out space, couldn’t succeed in destroying a devil’s heart.
At that moment, Yuno realized that Langris and Finral are going to die.
Yuno when recounting how hard he has worked to be where he is today, says how training was hard for him and he still chose to give it his all, his companions died and yet somehow he persevered through the pain, training for the unit he wanted to go to.
It makes him mad thinking that he’s going to die after working so hard for so long.
But he knows that there’s no going back now. Whatever be the case, whether he wins or loses, he’s going to have to be the one to save them all. He can’t lose anymore lives.
He is reminded of his promise with Asta, of becoming the wizard King. All of a sudden there’s a burst of light and there it is, a second grimoire floating towards him waiting to be used.
With this new found power of two grimoires, he exclaims he’s going to save everyone, the captain and the kingdom to become the magic emperor.
