It was only this month when Blizzard disappointed the enthusiasts of World of Warcraft due to a delay in the release date of Shadowlands.
With Shadowlands being one of the biggest expansions in the history of WoW, players were naturally waiting to get their hands on it and see what it has to offer.
Going forward, Blizzard has compensated for our moroseness as they have rolled out World of Warcraft: Shadowlands’ pre-expansion pack in North America. If anything, this will give players a taste of what to expect from the full release of the pack.
Titled as 9.0.1, this pack will house a whole lot of amazing features.
- CUSTOMISABLE CHARACTERS
One such change is the addition of a personal touch. You can make your player look as per your heart’s inclination. Face, skins, hair color, tattoo and a lot more can all be customized according to your own desires.
- SAY HELLO TO A NEW LOCATION AND TUTORIAL:
Another thing to expect from the WoW: Shadowlands pre-expansion patch is the unveiling of a new location. So say no to those old zones and begin your quest in a new location known as Exile’s Reach.
For anyone within 1 to 10 level, Exile’s Reach is a bliss. The new location will give amateurs an introduction on how to play the game. While experts on the other hand can go ahead with the traditional mode so that they can quickly get down to business.
- CHANGES IN LEVEL
If you are not living in a cave then you must remember that with Shadowlands, World of Warcraft has reduced its level cap. This feature went live with the patch too. Now, the latest level cap is 60 rather than 120.
- PETS, PETS, AND MORE PETS
The game has a gloomy tone to it since all you will find is the undead simply existing to erase you.
But in the pre-patch developers have added a bit of wholesomeness by offering pets in the pre-patch. Players can now collect 200 pets like horses, pigs, shale worms, unicorns, and others.
- SPECIAL CLASS ABILITY
You will also have 12 classes to choose from. Another awesome feature that you’ll see is of special class abilities.
Every class in the game will have a unique element to it. For instance, hunters will be having an ability known as Hunter’s mark back. Even when in stealth mode, this quirk will make your foe visible to you.
Currently, we have no clue about the game’s full release date. All I can tell you is that you (hopefully) will not have to wait for 2021 as its development may be over soon.
So yes, fingers crossed! The game might release in 2020 itself. When? We don’t know.
