Dynasty’s final season has been a hit-and-miss so far in terms of its character arcs. One of the few good arcs was of Fallon, her relationship with Liam, and her pregnancy, or rather its non-existence.
In Season 5 Episode 12, we discover that Fallon isn’t pregnant. This was because of an injury caused by the gunshot wound. If you’ve forgotten, let me jog your memory. At the end of Season 4, Eva, who was obsessed with Liam, shot Fallon in the stomach for exposing her.
Fans wondered if she would be alive for the next season or not. While she does recover, it turns out she can’t get pregnant because of that wound. So, Fallon decides to have a surrogate and finds Stacey.
While it is confirmed that Stacey got pregnant, it was too fast. As a result, fans wondered if the baby she was carrying was actually Fallon and Liam’s.
Well, Stacey is most likely carrying Fallon and Liam’s baby, the latter being the father. While there’s a possibility that the show could add a twist to this aspect, it is unlikely, considering that only four episodes are remaining.
Dynasty is known for the twists and turns it adds to the show’s plot to throw its audience off. While some are incredible, others end up being so absurd that they are entertaining. With Stacey’s pregnancy, the same could occur.
It could very well be revealed that the baby is someone else’s or that Liam isn’t the father. However, doing so at this point is difficult and would only harm the show.
If you look at the different characters and where they are in their arcs, you might forget that this is the show’s final season. This is primarily because some of the arcs seem to be going nowhere because the characters don’t have a particular end goal.
So, amidst all this, if they try to add a twist to Fallon’s arc as well, it might just hinder the show. Fallon and Liam’s happy ending has been one of the most anticipated ones, and there’s a very low chance that the writers would have crafted a completely different ending.
