The vampires’ mansion is selected for a home renovation and makeover show called Go Flip Yourself. As the hosts arrive, Nadja kills one of them and later hypnotizes the crew into believing he was sick and won’t be joining them in filming this episode.
The vampires’ individual personalities are brought to light as different parts of the dilapidated mansion are revealed. Lazlo complains there’s not enough storage space for him and his nephew in the 8474 sq ft mansion. Guillermo and Nadja also struggle to work with all the clutter.
Lastly, Nandor and Marwa need to update their master bedroom.
Lazlo is pumped to take on the project as he’s a big fan of the show and even wears a flannel shirt for full effect. Bran proposes that they create an open concept living space on the first floor and turn Nadja and Guillermo’s storage space into a walk-in closet. Things are going well until the city puts the construction to a halt.
