Welcome to the Ballroom Chapter 55 Delayed – Manga On Hiatus

Even though Welcome To The Ballroom manga seems like a niche read, it caters to a much wider audience. With the feel of a targeted material in the sports genre, Welcome To The Ballroom was still admired by a lot of fans. They have been dying to see the series continue. Yet, the series has had significant breaks during its run. Now, it looks like Welcome to the Ballroom manga is making fans wait again.

The February issue of Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Magazine had an announcement in it declaring that Tomo Takeuchi’s Welcome to the Ballroom manga is going on an indefinite break once again.

Due to Takeuchi’s deteriorating health, there was no new chapter in this issue. The magazine had plans to release a new chapter for the manga in February issue. Fan hopes were not fulfilled yet again. This is not the first time that the manga is paralyzed by this.

The manga had its first two-month hiatus in December 2017, and it did not appear in the next February and March issues. The manga was supposed to return in March 2018 with the magazine’s April issue, but that never materialised either. Even the chapter that debuted last October had fewer pages due to the same health reasons.
