Vin Diesel Shares a Video with Fast X On-screen Sister Jordana Brewster

Diesel, 54, and Brewster, 42, have played Dom and Mia, the Toretto siblings, for more than two decades.

The actor flexed his relationship with Brewster as he called her his on and off-screen sister. In the video, Brewster lays her head on Diesel. The siblings seem happy to be back, as big smiles adorn their faces.

A major showcase of their real-life relationship is when Diesel made headlines when he turned down a script of Fast X because it did not include Brewster’s Mia. He stated that he was “disappointed” with it and that there’s “NO MIA, NO FAST 10!”

Much of the actors’ connection stems from the characters they play. Mia plays the wife of Brian (the late Paul Walker), who is Dom’s best friend.

The 54-year-old actor has constantly been updating fans with videos on the set of Fast X. The creators have successfully kept the story and other things under wraps, but thanks to Diesel, fans get a chance to see what’s going on in real-time.

The Fast & Furious franchise definitely has been about the action, but family and relationships play a much bigger role.

Meanwhile, Justin Lin, the director for multiple Fast & Furious installments, recently stepped down from directing Fast X after creative differences arose. It is now directed by Louis Leterrier of The Clash of Titans, and Now You See Me fame.

Fast X will have a star-studded cast of Diesel, Jason Momoa, Brie Larson, Tyrese Gibson, Cardi B, Alan Ritchson, Scott Eastwood, and more.

After multiple delays, the movie is expected to be released in May 2023.
