Patrick and Yumiella have had another misunderstanding. Yumiella is too self-centered, which is not her fault because she is just trying to keep up with the original storyline while protecting herself. However, now that Patrick has realized his feelings for her, he tries his best daily.
Patrick even goes to the dungeons to train and try to level up to be stronger so he can confess to Yumiella.

Patrick tries his best to invite Yumiella out, but she is too dense to understand. He had to settle to see her when the new term begins. However, Yumiella showed up holding a weird black egg, which she called her child. Before the term ended, Jessica asked for Yumiella’s help.
Yumiella sets out to slay the red dragon, troubling Jessica’s village. Yumiella defeats the red dragon, but there is another one. The green dragon attacks immediately after, but she beats it too. After that, she leaves to search for their eggs.

Yumiella names the dragon Ryu, and he grows too big overnight. She calls him out of the room, which causes a stir in the entire room. Yumiella cannot seem to understand why everyone is scared of Ryu, while Patrick tries to keep her in check.
Both Patrick and Edwin suffer at Ryu’s hands, but Eleanora is excited to see him. It is decided that Ryu will live in the school’s warehouse, but Patrick is worried about Edwin. Yumiella and Patrick have another misunderstanding, which upsets Patrick.
Ryu has grown even bigger, and Yumiella wishes to fly on his back. She asks Patrick to accompany her, as she is scared. However, Yumiella gets too carried away and crash-lands, worrying Patrick. Yumiella goes to town to buy some supplies for Ryu but gets stopped by a spy.
