Unveiling the Accel World’s Main Antagonist

Accel World has a wide array of diverse characters that anyone would find relatable and engaging.

On top of that, these characters are dynamic; we get to see their whole character development, such was the case of Noumi Seiji, the antagonist of the third and fourth arcs.

Noumi had become a twisted, sadist due to constant bullying; he became a bully himself in Accel world; however, once he had lost his brain burst, he became a kind soul.

1. Who is the main villain in Accel World?

The main villain in Accel World is Kuroba Enju, aka White Cosmos, the White King and leader of the White Legion. She appears to be sweet however, she is like sweet poison as she is a ruthless manipulator.

White Cosmos is actually the Black King or Kuroyukihime’s real-life elder sister and parent in the game. She is also the first healer in accel world and one of the originators.

White Cosmos, or Kuroba Enju, had manipulated Kuroyukihime into killing off Red Rider, a friend of Kuroyukihime.

It had been done when all of the Kings of Pure Color had reached level 9. The Kings formed a “Mutual Non-aggression Pact” to avoid fighting, as they were all friends and didn’t want to resort to violence.

The Red King or Red Rider had made 7 guns called the Seven Roses for each of the Pure Color Kings.

White Cosmos wanted to get rid of one player from level 9, so she manipulated Kuroyukihime into believing that the Guns were lethal and a threat to the Mutual Non-aggression Pact.

White Cosmos demonstrated it using her powers and destroyed the duel field.

This led to Kuroyukihime killing off Red Rider as she had felt betrayed by her friend and terrified of the guns’ power.

Unfortunately, Kuroyukihime learned the truth too late. Months after the incident, she had that gun in her inventory and checked it out. However, the trigger was locked.

Until then, she had already lost her friend and became a traitor to all the other Kings for violating the pact.

Kuroyukihime confronted her sister in real life and challenged her to a duel.

However, White Cosmos agitated her by saying that Kuroyukihime could never win against her.

In the heat of the moment, Kuroyukihime injured her with a box cutter. Still, White Cosmos, the master manipulator, made the wound larger and turned their family against Kuroyukihime, who was then exiled.

In addition, White Cosmos was a sadist as well. She had tortured Saffron Blossom (one of the originators), Black Vise, and Argon Array.
