Satoshi Kuwabara is the anime director of Tezuka Productions. Keiichiro Ochi will also compose and write the series’ script. Nobuteru Yuki will design the characters. Shota Kowashi will produce the soundtrack, while Pony Canyon will produce it.
The designer of the sub-characters is Chihiro Ueno. Each prop will be planned by Seiji Handa, and Natsumi Yamada will design the prop. The chief animation directors are Reina Iwasaki and Akio Ujiie. Masami Saito will be in charge of the art direction.
Hideyuki Sakai will create the 3DCG. The photographer is Tsuyoshi Shimura. Wataru Uchida will handle editing for the series. Masafumi Mima is also the sound director, and Dax Production will handle the sound production.

Under Ninja is a manga series by Kengo Hanazawa. It was first launched in Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine in July 2018.
The manga focuses on modern-world Japan, which is teeming with ninjas, some of them even unemployed. They walk among the public but are hidden, waiting for orders. Kurou Kumogakure, a NEET teenager, is also a ninja but lacks skills as well as opportunities.
