2. Episode 5 Speculation

Now that Andy and Fuuko have won the battle against Gena, there are two free seats in the Union for them to occupy. However, the other members are still their enemies. Especially after being forced to kill Gena, Andy may have second thoughts about the Union.

During her final moments, Gena talked about the Union forcing her to capture people and kill against her will. Andy is not the type to follow orders or do anything against his will. This may create a lot of problems when trying to join the Union.

Regardless, this is the only way to stop being targeted their entire lives. With Shen’s recommendation, the leader of the Union may consider allowing Andy and Fuuko in.

3. Recap of Episode 4

Shen receives updates from Mui, who tells him about Gena fighting both Undead and Unluck. Fuuko asks Gena whether she captured Andy fifty years ago. Andy interrupts their conversation, but Gena shuts him up by cutting his mouth off from afar.

Gena starts monologuing about falling in love with Andy after capturing him. Andy stops it with a handful of grenades, which do no damage. Fuuko asks about his war buddies, but Andy says that all of them died already.

After a flurry of attacks, Gena finally restrains him by putting a hold on his lower half. In response, Andy cuts his own head off and projects it upward into the air. He then regenerates his entire body in the air with a blast of blood that reveals the invisible hands that Gena is controlling.

Her ability is Unchange, negating an object’s change in form. Using this, she makes invisible hands by negating the air around her. Andy tells Fuuko to wrap herself around him for as long as possible to activate her Unluck.

The next problem is the invisible barrier of air around Gena. While Andy evades her attacks in the air, he gets attacked from above by a flying structure. He gets knocked back into the water, and Gena gets serious with a massive wave of attacks.

Andy notices a single vulnerability in the barrier under her feet. The hole is tiny, but he can use the charged Unluck to do some severe damage. He cuts his head off once again, and Fuuko throws it through the hole, where a huge light energy blasts through.

In the end, Gena lies fatally injured on the shore. She talks about how she wanted to change her entire life, cursed by the ability Unchange. Her true face is revealed, with wrinkles and old age. Gena tells Andy not to look at her when she’s like this, but he doesn’t hesitate to hug her.
