2. Episode 12 Speculation

Mikey has regained the advantage in this battle after calling Izana his big brother. However, Izana is still in a crazed state after remembering Shinichiro. Kakucho was the only one who could bring him back, but Kisaki shot him.

Now that shots are fired; the other gang members may involve themselves. Takemichi’s speech had moved Mucho, so he may switch sides. Izana was worn down by the fight and can no longer win against Mikey.

If Izana does not regain his composure, he may take the gun from Kisaki again to try and kill Mikey. If that happens, Takemichi will probably get in the way to protect the future.

3. Recap of Episode 11

Mikey steps up to Izana, asking to decide this duel once and for all. Draken expresses his trust in Takemichi and asks him to fulfil his mission. Izana starts exchanging kicks with Mikey and gains the upper hand initially.

Izana has always had an overpowering talent for fighting. Takemichi looks at Mikey being beaten and starts losing hope. During Izana’s childhood, Sano came to his house and took him on as a younger brother. Izana went on bike rides and spent a lot of time with Sano.

Sano was the one who taught Izana how to fight. Izana started ignoring Kakucho and his old friends to be with Shinichiro. One day, Izana asks to take over Black Dragon in the future. Shinichiro says he wants to pass Black Dragon onto Izana and then Manjiro. Just the mention of another sibling pisses off Izana, who wants Sano to himself.

Izana tells Mikey they’ve both been alone since Emma and Shinichiro’s death. However, Mikey still thinks of Izana as an older brother he wants to save. Izana refuses to hear him out, and Mikey lands a full-strength kick to his head. After Izana gets flustered, Mikey lands a barrage of hits.

Izana runs over to Kisaki and snatches his gun. Mikey silently watches as Izana points the gun at him. Although everyone else begins panicking, Mikey calmly tells Izana to shoot. Kakucho gets in the way and knocks the weapon from Izana’s hand. Kakucho says that Tenjiku has already lost and tells Izana to accept it.
