But now that Mitsuya’s conditions have solved that, he believes the future has altered. Chifuyu, on the other hand, believes that his ideas concerning Taiju’s murder might also be incorrect.

Hakkai, who joins the two to chat about his life, inadvertently interrupts their conversation. Hakkai explains how his brother has always used others to further his own agenda. He would often beat up Hakkai, and despite vowing not to hit Yuzuha, he once beat her up as well.

Hakkai claims that his brother cannot be trusted and that the truce he formed with Mitsuya is meaningless to him. As a result, he has resolved to murder his own brother for the sake of his sister.

Takemichi knows that the only way to change the future is to destroy Black Dragon before Hakkai does anything foolish.

After other Toman members reject the plan to crush Black Dragon in order to prevent Hakkai from killing Taiju, Takemichi and Chifuyu are left to ponder options in the restaurant. That’s when Kisaki appears, offering to assist the two.

Chifuyu, knowing what would happen in the future, does not trust him and threatens to slash him with a shattered piece of glass. Interestingly, Kisaki then discloses that he has an insider in Black Dragon who may assist them in their goal, but Koko barges him and captures him while they are meeting.

When Koko is alone with Takemichi and his friends, he promises to share whatever secret they desire to discover in exchange for 100,000 yen. He turns out to be a devoted Christian who fervently prays alone in the church on the festival day.
