Recap of chapter 277
Takemichi and Mikey realize that they both have time leaped. They are so delighted they cannot stand still, so they start running and jumping around, saying it’s a miracle.
Shinichiro, Baji, Emma, and Sanzu are dumbfounded upon witnessing them acting that way. Shinchiro asks what is wrong with them, and Baji replies that he does not know.
When Takemichi died, Mikey wished Takemichi to open his eyes, but the next second he had time leaped. Takemichi tells him that when he was about to die, he felt Mikey’s tears falling on his face, and the next moment he had time leaped as well.
Mikey does not understand what has happened logically. When Mikey held Takemichi’s hand while he was dying, Mikey did feel something. Takemichi thought he was giving him the time leaping powers then, and they both went to the past.
Mikey asks him what they should do from this point on. To this, Takemichi replies, saying he has been fighting this battle alone until now, but Mikey is with him this time.
