The raw scans of chapter 249 have been leaked. Mitsuya and Hakkai regroup and continue their fight with the charismatic Haitani brothers. Hakkai lifts Rindo and runs away, separating the two brothers. On the other hand, Mitsuya and Ran take on each other, with Ran finally falling to the ground. When Mitsuya asks him to get up, he admits that he can’t; and both agree that it was a good fight.
Senju and Haruchiyo Sanzu seem to have exchanged a few blows as well. While Sanzu looks unharmed, Senju seems to have been hit with the pipe, as her head is bleeding. Sanzu taunts her, saying that he raised her and that he can understand her movements.
Chifuyu and Mochizuki are both exhausted and wounded from their fight. The latter cannot believe that he is losing to him despite being physically bigger than him. Chifuyu knocks him down with a punch and tells him that he was always the bigger man,

5. Chapter 248 Recap
The chapter starts with a flashback of Mitsuya, where he took Luna and Mana to the Azabu festival. There he encountered the Haitani brothers, who he thought to be cool.
Mitsuya tells Hakkai that he idolizes the brothers, and Hakkai thinks that’s pretty weird. Hakkai hates the look of them, all stylish. The Haitani brothers predict that Mitsuya and Hakkai will die within five minutes, and Hakkai says he’d like to see them try.
Watching them act cool is pissing Hakkai off, and he tries to punch them and misses. The Haitani brothers run away, asking Hakkai to catch them if he can while teasing Hakkai all the way.
Mitsuya asks Hakkai to wait, but he runs off. Senju lost count after beating up 50 or so guys, but she’s still looking for more. Haruchiyo comes up behind her, saying Senju’s flamboyant fighting disgusts him, and he points a rod toward her.
Mitsuya runs after Hakkai and discovers that he’s been injured. Hakkai warns him that it’s a trap, and Mitsuya sees that he’s been surrounded by members of the other gang. The Haitani brothers say that this didn’t even take five minutes.
Coco and Inupi are seen in an argument and are about to fight, but Waka-kun asks Coco to step away because he wants to deal with Inupi himself. On the other side, Mitsuya’s fighting while asking Hakkai to wake up.
Hakkai wakes up suddenly and says the rest healed him right up. The Haitani brothers wonder how strong these Tokyo Manji guys are, and Mitsuya reminds them that it’s been five minutes.
Mitsuya says that it’s time for him to make a prediction. He says in five minutes, the Haitani brothers were about to get beaten up.

Tokyo Revengers is a manga written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. It began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine on March 1, 2017, and ended its run in November 2022. It is compiled into 31 tankobon volumes.
The story revolves around Takemichi Hanagaki, who learned that Tokyo Manji Gang had killed his only ex-girlfriend from back in middle school. After learning about the incident, Takemichi was pushed from the railway platform.
