The raw scans of Chapter 246 have been leaked. Everybody is shocked at Takemichi’s strength. Ran Haitani, Mochizuki, and Sanzu cannot believe that Takemichi actually took down Kakucho by himself. I wish I could say a lot happened in this chapter, but it didn’t. Most of what we got to see were flashbacks. I hope all this suspense and build-up will lead to something great.
Mikey just stood there and had his men fight for him, which is a change. The old Mikey would have never sat back watching others. He would have dropkicked the first guy he saw. This is the Mikey who Takemichi is trying to get back.
I think the next fight would be between Mikey and Takemichi. And by the end of it, Mikey might not lose, but he’ll see what he’s become and then go from there.

Mikey stands there motionless while his lackeys go to fight. He wonders why a weak idiot like Takemichi would charge in first for a suicide mission like this.
Mikey also says some words of caution. He says that Takemichi’s whole team is done for if the leader falls. An annoying guy from Mikey’s gang asks Takemichi to get out of his way.
Takemichi gets punched in the face, and Chifuyu is shocked by the intensity of the blow. Kakucho (the annoying guy) yells at Takemichi again, saying this fight is over.
Takemichi remembers how confident he was when he was younger and always believed in himself. He wanted to become the top delinquent in Tokyo.
He wonders when he decided to label himself weak and lost all confidence in himself. He became apologetic even when he didn’t need to.
He gave up even before fighting and didn’t even try. Then we see a flashback of the time Takemichi got pushed in front of a train. He then gets a flashback of Hina’s face.
Kakucho keeps punching Takemichi but realizes that he isn’t falling. Takemichi remembers the time he took on Kiyomasa and put him in a headlock and all those times he fought and got back up.
Takemichi punches Kakucho, and he falls straight to the ground. Chifuyu, Hakkai, and Mikey are all shocked at this scene. Takemichi gets a boost of confidence and says now he’ll get to Mikey.
