2. Episode 6 Speculation
Rentt has met with an extreme adventurer who may be above Gold class. With his new robes and magical map, Rentt can discover more areas in the Labyrinth. The next episode will likely be Rentt trying to kill three orcs to complete the guild quest.
Sheila and other newbie adventurers are worried about the real Rentt Faina. However, Rentt cannot reveal his identity until he looks human again. Until then, Rentt can only complete guild quests and hope to get stronger through evolution.
Lorraine is researching Rentt’s next form and the conditions to become a vampire. As Rentt continues drinking Lorraine’s blood, he may achieve the net stage. Rentt is also on the lookout for the same adventurer and may encounter her once more in the Labyrinth.

Lorraine researches multiple spells and potions, most of which are poisonous. Rentt drinks the poison that Lorraine makes, and it luckily doesn’t affect him. Moreover, Rentt doesn’t feel like sleeping at all. However, Rentt has an urge to eat human flesh and blood.
Lorraine gives Rentt a vial with her blood for him to drink. Lorraine suggests Rentt keep himself hidden from the guild to prevent an uproar. Lorraine suggests that Rentt create a new identity to start ranking up. The next day, Rentt goes to the guild and registers as a new adventurer.
Rentt writes his name as Rentt Vivier, and Sheila is shocked at the similarity to Rentt Faina. The guild had made rumors about an unusual man entering Lorraine’s house and assumed it was the real Rentt. Sheila gives Rentt an iron rank badge to start his adventures.
Rentt returns to the Labyrinth and finds a newbie swordsman and healer killing some goblins. Rentt returns to the teleportation circle and goes to the new secret location. The location looks like an ancient bedroom with a dead skeleton lying on the bed.
A woman appears and asks Rentt what he’s doing. The woman raises her arm and fires a powerful ball of fire. Rentt’s robes burn off and leave his ghast body exposed. The woman apologizes for the misunderstanding and gives Rentt her robe and an acacia map before teleporting him to the entrance.
Lorraine investigates the map and realizes only Rentt can see it. The map shows the pathways of the Labyrinth of the Moon and all the people within it. The map only records places that Rentt has traveled. The next day, Rentt returns to the same room, but the entrance is closed.
Sheila realizes a lot of newbie adventurers are missing Rentt. Rentt takes up a job to kill three orcs and heads back to the Labyrinth. Sheila watches him leave, remembering the old Rentt.

‘The Unwanted Undead Adventurer’ (Nozomanu Fushi no Bōkensha) is a light novel series written by Yū Okano and illustrated by Jaian. It was launched on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in September 2016. Overlap acquired the novel and is publishing it since October 2017.
Rentt Faina is an adventurer with a decade of experience but is stuck to a lower rank because of a lack of innate talent. One day, while exploring a dungeon, he encounters a dragon who eats him. He survives but now exists as a skeleton. Rentt now seeks to physically ‘evolve’ by fighting and absorbing magic.
