Episode 7 of ‘The Unwanted Undead Adventurer’ is titled “Magical Contract.” In this episode, Rentt completes the bronze promotion test.
Rentt coaches Ryze and Laura on dealing with a giant slime monster. With the help of Laura’s powerful fire magic, they melt the slime and destroy the core. The party enters the final room of the Labyrinth and obtains their bronze badges.
After returning to the guild, Sheila pulls Rentt aside for some questioning. Sheila knows Rentt’s true identity and wants to know what happened to him.

2. Episode 8 Speculation
Rentt has revealed his secret to Sheila, who is determined to help him. Although the guild master is suspicious of Rentt, he must prove himself. The main basis of the suspicion is the series of kidnappings in the village. Rentt will take this mission himself to try and clear his name.
The next episode will likely start with Rentt, Lorraine, and Sheila attempting to find clues about the kidnapping. Since the guildmaster is suspicious of Rentt, he may need to keep this quest a secret. Moreover, Ryze and Laura are searching for a new party.
Ryze and Laura may try exploring the second level of the Labyrinth in the next episode. However, not every party member is as helpful as Rentt. If a corrupt adventurer joins their group, Ryze could be in danger.
3. Recap of Episode 7
The party enters the boss battle and finds a Grand Slime. Ryze is determined to win this battle before passing to the next room. While Laura empowers her magic, Ryze blocks all the slime’s attacks. Rentt moves to help Ryze in blocking the slime’s attacks.
Laura eventually uses Grand Pyrox to melt the slime, exposing it’s core entirely. Ryze destroys the core, and then they begin taking some of the slime’s fluid to sell it later. Rentt’s party is the first to reach the goal and receive bronze badges.
Rentt wants to make a quick side trip to the 2nd floor of the dungeon before leaving. Rentt shows Ryze and Laura a beautiful forest-like room but refuses to let them explore it. After reaching the guild, Sheila informs the party they’re promoted to Bronze.
Ryze expresses his gratitude to Rentt for everything he taught him and Laura. Sheila asks Rentt to talk in private, and he tries to leave. However, Sheila stops Rentt from going and takes him to the guild. Sheila says she hasn’t said anything about Rentt to the guild yet and asks him to tell her the truth.
Sheila offers a magical contract that says she won’t reveal his secret. Rentt shows Sheila his ghastly skin and new body and explains that he turned undead. Rentt assures Sheila that he does not plan on hurting anyone. Sheila is determined to help Rentt if any issues occur with the guild.
Rentt brings Sheila back to Lorraine’s house, where they discuss Rentt’s condition. Lorraine tries to create fake stories to scare Sheila and test her determination. However, Sheila passes Lorraine’s test and all have dinner together.
Sheila explains that a series of kidnappings have been happening around the village. The guild suspects Rentt due to his mysterious appearance. Sheila talks with the Guildmaster about Rentt and assures him of their innocence.
