Space Anime Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu Reveals An Early Preview Event

What if I told you that the first astronaut wasn’t a human. Sounds bizarre, right? The anime Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu brings you a story of a vampire girl, Irina, training to be the first-ever astronaut.

While that sounds amazing, the reality behind it is rather sad. Irina is just a test subject being prepared to be sent into outer space before the humans can go and explore.

The title of the series refers to the three things the story revolves around: The moon, the space facility called Laika, and Nosferatu or Blood Sucking Princess.

The light novel fans have been anticipating this adaptation due to the slick animation and a fantastic cast. For those who cannot wait till the premiere, the franchise has brought you all a little surprise.

Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu (The Moon, Laika, and Nosferatu) anime will be organizing a paid early premiere of the first two episodes of the anime. The event is scheduled for September 4, 2021.

The special broadcast is bundled with a talk show with some cast and staff members, where they will give their comments on the anime. The guest members include:

  • Megumi Hayashibara (Irina Luminesk)
  • Kouki Uchiyama (Lev Leps)
  • Hina Kino (Anya Simonyan)
  • Akitoshi Yokoyama (Director)

The first two episodes are always more introductory, so not many spoilers here. Although, we will get to see how Lev and Irina first met and how their characters play out in an anime.

Lev is a budding astronaut who is appointed to train Irina for a space mission. Even though Irina knows she’s a test subject for the humans, she barely finds it depressing.

Instead, she has always wanted to venture out into outer space and see the world beyond what she knows. Her time with Lev is joyful and wholesome as they bond over mutual interests, that is, space.

We might also get some hints about the possible suspicious activities in the space development municipal Laika. The place is hidden from the world for various reasons, and the people working here must maintain the confidentiality of the area.

Given these conditions, there is no way shady business doesn’t happen in that region.

I have no idea what the series holds, but I know that it has a lot of potential. The first two episodes can go on very calmly, or they can wreak havoc throughout the fandom.

Only one way to find out which one it’s going to be.

About Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu

The Moon, Laika, and Nosferatu is a light novel series written by Keisuke Makino and Karei. It revolves around a space exploration race among the two superpowers.

10 years after a long war has come to an end, the world is divided into two superpowers: the Union of Zirnitra Republics in the east and the United Kingdom of Arnak in the west.

Instead of fighting any war, they decided to focus on a ‘space race’ to compete against each other.

The story follows Irina Ruminescu and Lev Leps, the two cosmonauts who dream of exploring space someday.
