The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey Episode 3 Recap
Ptolemy experiences night terrors and a severe fever as a side effect of the drug. But Robyn doesn’t leave his side and takes care of him.
She feels apprehensive about Ptolemy taking another dose of the treatment after witnessing its side effects on Ptolemy’s physical health firsthand.
However, Ptolemy persists that he needs to take the treatment and regain his memories as he’s committed to finding his beloved nephew’s murderer.
Rubin reveals that the second treatment’s effects will only last up to four to six weeks, after which the cognitive decline will accelerate again. Ptolemy agrees to the treatment. When he wakes up, he’s flooded with memories of his wife, Sensia.
He remembers meeting her as a young man and how she was actually in a relationship with an abusive man at the time.
When Sensia leaves her ex, he goes into a fit of rage and attacks Ptolemy with a bat. The memory of the attack makes Ptolemy remember another missing piece of the puzzle.
Sensia had fired a warning shot at the floorboards of Ptolemy’s house to stop Ezra from hurting Ptolemy more. The floorboards were the missing location of Coydog’s lost treasure.
