The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey Episode 2 Recap
Robyn has an unfortunate encounter with Hilliard who makes unsolicited sexual advances toward her. Niecie ends up protecting Hilliard and asks Robyn to move out after putting the blame on her instead.
With nowhere to go, Robyn visits Ptolemy who is initially shocked by her presence but warms up to her eventually. Robyn cleans the entire flat and comes across the doctor’s appointment Reggie had set up for Ptolemy.
She takes Ptolemy to Dr. Rubin. He explains that he has been working with a group of specialists and describes his experimental drug and how it aims to help patients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s gain their memories back permanently.
The first dose of the drug is supposed to help the patient to regain their memories for a time span of 12 hours. Ptolemy agrees to the procedure. Robyn becomes Ptolemy’s new caretaker.
The drug works and Ptolemy is thrilled to have regained his memories. He even starts to regain his composure and is able to communicate better. With this newfound clarity, he vows to solve the murder of his beloved nephew, Reggie.
The police had been very negligent with the investigation and had no leads. Ptolemy decides to visit the scene of the murder and discovers a new lead.
