Thirty minutes earlier, Mei had left school with her friends, leaving her glasses on her table. Komura enters the class and notices them. He tells Mei on Lime about them and asks if he can take them home.

She agrees, and he takes them with him. Back home, he is constantly distracted by the glasses. He thinks that Mei herself is present in the room, and he is unable to focus on anything.

He handles them with care and even cleans them up. Mei calls him, asking about her glasses and saying that it feels like she is visiting his house. Komura is constantly distracted by this thought.

One day, while leaning forward to look at Komura, Mei loses her balance and falls on him, turning things awkward. One other day, she shows up with bed hair.

She asks Komura if she is looking weird. He tells her she is not, and that she should stop worrying about her hair. Komura feels shoulder pain, so Mei offers to rub his shoulders.

After helping him, she notes it down and tells Komura that she is writing down all the things she can do for him without her glasses.

One day she comes to school wearing her glasses and finds Komura sleeping. She starts fondling his hands. When he wakes, she tells him she was having a good look at him with her glasses, and she offers Komura to have a good look at her.

The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses or “Sukimega” (Suki na Ko ga Megane o Wasureta) is a romantic comedy manga series written and illustrated by Koume Fujichika.

It follows the spectacled girl Ai Mie and her deskmate, Kaede Komura, who is in love with her. Kaede wants Ai to notice him, and finds her adorable when she’s squiting her eyes after forgetting her glasses.

Ai has a tendency to forget her glasses and Kaede often helps her out because of it. Unknown to Ai, Kaede’s feelings keep on growing and soon he becomes the person she looks forward to seeing despite the bad eyesight.
