The staff for the Girls und Panzer franchise began streaming the first nine minutes of the fourth film in the six-part Girls und Panzer das Finale film series. The film opened in Japan on 9 October 2023.
ChouCho’s theme song, “Never Say Goodbye,” is the theme song for the last three films in the series and is included in this 9-minute-long video.
The fourth film in the series, Girls und Panzer das Finale: Part 4, began production in April 2021. Tsutomu Mizushima directed the film at Studio Bandai.

The fourth film will continue with Ooarai’s battle with Continuation (Jaktkosota) High School after losing essential teammates at the onset of the match in the third film.
The film also shows the match between two strong schools, Kuromorimine and St. Gloriana, with Kuromorimine headed up by Maho’s successor, Erika, and St. Gloriana’s commander, Darjeeling, in her last match.
Girls und Panzer das Finale: Part 5 is also under progress but might be “intermittent” due to Mizushima’s other work commitments.
Fans are raving about the production company that allowed them to watch the movie’s beginning for free. They were delighted since this 9-minute video gave them an idea of the general vibe of the film.
