Later Kinji went missing but was found by Rim soon. He was inside the dungeon with a mage who revealed how he cursed the people inside the dungeon with overworking.
The mage left soon, and Kinji met a shopkeeper named Cindy, who had the weapon with the help of which they could enter the fourth floor.
Kinji and his team helped her reach the sales goal she was aiming for, but the company shut the shop down. Nevertheless, they got the weapon in exchange and headed to the fourth floor.

Episode 10 Preview & Speculation
Finally, we got to meet another character from the OP, a shop owner named Cindy, whose shop is located in the fortress inside the dungeon.
The only one left to be introduced in the OP is the white-haired fox girl, and we hope we’ll meet her soon in the upcoming episode. I’m curious as to what new development she will bring to the story.
In the end, we saw Kinji and his team reaching the fourth floor of the dungeon, confirming that despite the incident, Cindy gave them the weapon they were seeking for.
Next week, we will see Kinji with a new plan in another more dangerous floor of the dungeon. Let’s see how he takes over the ruins before Raiza’ha reaches there.

Episode 9 Recap
Standing in front of another gate, Kinji and his team wonder why there is no one. One of the team members says that the dungeon is haunted, so no one goes there.
He explains that a hero and his partner set out to rescue the hero’s love interest many years ago. The hero defeated the dragon, but his partner, a mage, betrayed and imprisoned him.
Eventually, the hero died inside the prison, and due to the grief of not being able to meet his lover, his ghost haunts the dungeon to this day.
Kinji dismisses it and says that it can’t be true. Suddenly, Wanibe notices some strange-looking people coming from inside the dungeon. Shia attacks one of them, but he recovers the very next moment. Eldmen gets bitten and transforms into one of them.
After the strange-looking people return, everyone notices that Kinji is missing. Rim directs everyone towards Kinji’s smell and meets him at the end of the dungeon with a mage.
The mage reveals that he worked with the hero several years ago and died in this dungeon due to exhaustion from the overwork. Before dying, he swore to make everyone suffer as much as he did.
When Wanibe tells him that humans already have to overwork due to corporate drones, the mage disappears. Later, Kinji and his team help a girl sell the magic potion that serves as an energy drink in exchange for a particular weapon.
Soon, the shop starts making massive sales of the potion, but the company cops raid her shop, claiming that the product violates company standards. On realizing that nothing can be done, Kinji abandons the girl, asking to help herself.
