2. Episode 7 Speculation
Episode 6 ended with a short preview of what we can expect for the next episode. We see Leo, Selia, and the 18th platoon supposedly on vacation at a cruise ship.
We also see the queen heading toward the warzone after getting the news about the stampede, but the matter gets resolved before they even reach it. The queen decides to go there anyway, as it’s her duty to show her appreciation to the holy swordsmen. So, we might get to see a meeting between the queen and the 18th platoon.
We might also get to see a casual and fun moment after all these disasters after the group goes on a vacation.
3. Recap of Episode 6
We get a flashback of Leonis from a thousand years ago as Roselia, the goddess of rebellion, rewards him with the demon sword and tells him that the sword can’t be drawn unless a certain condition is met. She tells him that this sword will call his truth into question.
Next, the scene cuts to the present, where the monsters have attacked the city and they have abducted Roselia. To save her, Leo fights one of his enemies from a thousand years ago named Arakael. Leo’s strength overwhelms Arakael for a moment, and he retreats in an attempt to lure him out.
After seeing Arakael alive, a faint hope arises in Leo’s mind that Roselia, too might be alive somewhere. He then casts a protection spell for the children and contacts Elfiné. He asks her to trace Roselia’s location for him using her holy sword. She denies it at first, given the scale of the situation, but eventually agrees to help Leo, seeing there’s no other option.
Once Leonis reaches the power plant, his confrontation with Arakael, the great sage, now a void lord, begins. He launches a full-scale attack on him while also looking for Roselia. But soon, he realizes how the enemy is sapping away his mana and making him weaker by the second.
Right around this time, a captive and helpless Roselia slowly awakens her vampire queen powers in a desperate attempt to help Leo. Tracing her exact location, Leonis shoots a metal shrapnel infused with his blood to give Roselia a little push and completely awaken her powers.
Once his main objective of rescuing Selia is achieved, Leo shows no constraints and decides to use the demon sword Dáinsleif to end Arakael once and for all. After this long battle ends, Selia reunites with the others of the 18th platoon.
