A new trailer for the anime has been released on the Youtube channel of Kadokawa.
The trailer shows glimpses of the school located in an isolated island where the students with extraordinary abilities train. It shows us the different powers that the students can use like fire and ice.
An official website for the “Talentless Nana” anime announced the release date and revealed the first promotional video, cast comments, staff information, and character details.
A new visual of the anime was posted on the official website, along with the broadcast date. The “Incompetent Nana” anime will air in October 2020.
The visual for the anime portrays the three main characters: Nana Hiragi, Kyoya Onodera, and Nanao Nakajima.
The voice cast of the main protagonists are:
- Nana Hiragi by Rumi Okubo
- Kyoya Onodera by Yuichi Nakamura
- Nanao Nakajima by Hiro Shimono
The cast members have stated that the story is quite mysterious and has unexpected twists. Each of their characters is unique and demands attention to detail.
The opening theme song of the anime is “Broken Sky” performed by Miyu Tomita, and the ending theme is “Bakemono to Yobarete” (Called a Monster), performed by Chiai Fujikawa.
Character designer Satohiko Sano has drawn a special illustration of Nana and Nanao to commemorate the anime adaptation of the series.

In the future years, children with special powers are born, and they are trained to fight against monsters called “Enemies of Humanity.”
