S.W.A.T Season 5 Episode 4 Recap

The team investigates a possible armed robbery. The man they arrested on site claimed that he is innocent and a witness to what happened. Their investigation leads them to a man named Tomas Hernandez.

Jim is furious when he learns that the cause of his mother’s death was a drug overdose. He’s upset that he went as far as to donate a piece of his liver to her and she hadn’t even been out of prison for more than two months. He opens up to Chris about his rocky relationship with his mother.

Hondo reveals to Hicks that Sanchez is only there to sabotage him and make him quit the force because the higher ups are upset with him following the press scandal. Sanchez tells Hondo that he’s not the architect of this plan, not the tool and that it would be easier for him if he just left the department. He tells Hondo the commission is looking for any minor screw up to send him packing and he should just walk away first.
