Yuin’s Surgeon Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp is a South Korean web novel. In December 2015 and April 2016, it was serialized on Kakao’s KakaoPage service. The manhwa was acquired by Kadokawa, which released the first volume in August 2019. The seventh volume was released in February 2022, and the eighth volume is scheduled to be released on March 3, 2022.
Also, Kadokawa opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Yuin and mini’s Surgeon Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp manhwa and revealed the main staff and a teaser visual on Tuesday.
The key visual depicts Elise holding medical equipment, such as a scalpel and a stethoscope, against the background of a gorgeous mansion.
To celebrate the anime adaptation, the animation team has revealed an illustration of the main characters, Elise de Clorance and Linden de Romanoff, by the manhwa character designer, mini.
