The next episode will likely introduce us to Leviathan and maybe even a flashback to how Setsu tamed the god. The two will also explore the Demonic Kingdom as their path shares similar stops and will likely intersect.

3. Recap of Episode 2:
A flashback to Ruri’s past shows his merchant grandfather haggling over the money for one of his precious jewels and teaching his granddaughter the values of a trader such as him, however greedy he was.
Her grandpa soon passed away, and Ruri took on the mantle to complete his last job and took the horse carriage at night with the precious jewel ring. However, she is attacked by a monstrous boar and pleads for her life.
When she is almost killed, our protagonist saves her life. She asks if he wants some money in exchange and even recalls her grandpa’s values which are quickly thrown away by Setsu, who prepares to leave but can’t handle going with the little girl alone in the forest.
As they continue together, they eventually come upon Port Town, Marsenne. Taking a quick tour around the city, Ruri tries to get on a ship but finds all of them closed for the current time, begging each sailer she finds.
Some corrupt Knights try to abuse their power and steal the package from Ruri in the name of confiscation. However, Setsu steps in and prepares to draw his sword, but the commotion by the people discourages the guards from continuing with the fight, and they move on.
Ruri considers the possibility of buying a ship if she cannot find one by tomorrow, which is laughed at by Setsu. However, they rent an inn room together as they rest for the night, and Ruri entrusts the package to Setsu.
She opens it to show the brooch, and talks about her grandpa at the same time, a famous jeweler who was well-known for the incredible work he did. Setsu touches the brooch and finds that it is the same one that he had casted protection magic on before, and he is surprised it broke.
The military guards barge in during the middle of the night and ambush them while they sleep, but Setsu is well-alert and quickly escapes with Ruri. He jumps into the ocean and is saved by his old friend, the god of the Ocean, Leviathan.

Summoned To Another World For A Second Time (Isekai Shoukan wa Nidome desu) is a harem-comedy light novel, written by Kazuha Kishimoto. It began publishing online on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2015.
The story features a typical isekai protagonist summoned to another world where he becomes a famous hero. The real story starts when a mishap lands the hero back in his original world where he was nothing but a lame high-schooler, and on top of that, he has to begin his life again as a baby.
