The visual shows a magical scenic twilight in the background with the focus on the OVA’s main characters Kojo Akatsuki, Yukina Himeragi, and Asagi Aiba.

Kojo’s character is described as a kind-hearted boy lacking the ability to understand the feelings of others.

Yukina is an observant girl whose character slowly develops from being cold and closed off to a more warm and friendly personality. Asagi is a beautiful and smart young woman who works part-time as a programmer.

Strike The Blood portrays an unforeseen relationship between a powerful vampire and the one who was sent to subdue him.

Strike The Blood initially began as a Japanese light novel series written by Gakuto Mikumo and illustrated by Manyako and was published between May 2011 and August 2020.

In June 2012, the light novel series was followed by a manga adaptation, and a television anime adaptation with the same name was produced as a collaboration between Silver Link. and Connect from October 2013 to March 2014 in Japan.

Following these adaptations, original video animation series titled Strike the Blood II was released between November 2016 and May 2017. Strike the Blood III was released shortly after from December 2018 to September 2019.

Season 4 of Strike The Blood OVA series began its broadcast in April 2020 and will conclude in January 2021.
