Starfield fans panic as early access works after quite a few tries

It’s time for players to enjoy Bethesda’s very ambitious and first new IP in over 25 years – Starfield. The early access kicked off on September 1st at midnight UTC.

Panic took over the fans as many tried to gain early access and play Starfield, resulting in some players being unable to start the game on the first try, despite the time being past the official launch time, as posted by u/Conflict_NZ on r/XboxSeriesX subreddit.

This was primarily because the Xbox Servers could not handle the vast number of requests, so users had to wait for their turn.

Many users commented on the post that all they had to do to gain access was keep trying, and eventually, the server would let them through.

Some people also had some specific set of instructions that allowed them to get through. One such solution was installing Starfield’s premium edition, going to the queue, and launching the premium add-on from there.

Another excited user responded that reinstalling some updates from the error message results in Starfield working.

The crux of all the steps is to keep trying until the servers allow you to play Starfield and explore space. It could be a while before the turn, but it is worth the wait.

With a huge number of customization available in-game, especially in the character customization feature, fans are excited ahead of the full launch.

Those who have not pre-purchased Starfield need not feel left out. A fan-made character builder for Starfield will allow players to test out builds before applying those builds in the game.

Players can choose up to 3 traits from 17 available characteristics. The characters can be based on one of the many classes offered in Starfield, like the Ronin, Beast Hunter, Bounty Hunter, Combat Medic, and many more.

Players can customize their character and explore the thousands of planets in the Starfield Universe that has been so carefully designed by the developers at Bethesda.
