Star Wars Ashoka Episode 2’s Recap & Speculations

The first two episodes of Star Wars Ashoka have left us wanting more after the highly acclaimed Mandalorian set our expectations really high.

The show follows the adventures of former Jedi Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) as she searches for the missing Ezra Bridger and the elusive Grand Admiral Thrawn, the show has delivered on its promise of expanding the Star Wars universe and exploring the mystical aspects of the Force.

So, what can we expect from the third episode? Let’s get our prediction hats on and find out!

1. Episode 3 Synopsis/Speculation

In next week’s episode, Ahsoka arrives on Corellia, a planet known for its shipyards and smugglers, hoping to find clues about Thrawn’s whereabouts.

She comes across a familiar face: Hondo Ohnaka (Jim Cummings), whom she has met in the past in The Clone Wars and Rebels.

Hondo has some information that could help Ahsoka, but he also has his personal agenda. Will he help Ashoka Tano, or is he an adversity in disguise?

On the other side of the galaxy, Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson) and Shin Hati (Ivanna Sakhno) will reach planet Seatos to fructify their own plans.

This remote and mysterious planet holds a secret related to the Chiss Ascendancy, Thrawn’s native faction. Seatos is home to a hidden temple that contains a powerful artifact: a Sith Holocron.

A Holocron is a device that stores knowledge and secrets of the Force, and a Sith Holocron is especially dangerous, as it can corrupt and manipulate those who use it.

So, how will Baylan and Shin use it? Will they use it to push their own agendas, or will the Holocron swallow the two with its exponential powers?

Fans can also expect possible flashbacks and connections to other Star Wars stories.

I think we might see some connection with Anakin Skywalker, her former master who turned to the Dark Side and became Darth Vader.

Will Ahsoka learn unknown details about Luke’s existence and his role in defeating the Empire? Could she also encounter other characters from the original trilogy, such as Han Solo, Leia Organa, or Lando Calrissian?

Ashoka has every reason to stimulate the nostalgic veins of fans and tell us stories from the past like we’ve never heard before!

Whatever happens, episode 3 promises to be an exciting and action-packed installment that will further explore Ahsoka’s character arc and her quest to find Ezra and Thrawn.
