The Forgers Set to Return This October With Spy x Family Cour 2

Season 1 of Spy×Family was one of the most anticipated anime of 2021, and its first cour has strengthened the series’ ranking.

In the first cour, we saw a make-believe family come together for a secret mission, and as the plot progressed, they bonded with each other like a real family.

Little Anya is already a superstar by now, and her excited expressions as she reads the minds of Loid and Yor are meme-worthy. As cour 2 approaches, we are yet to see the family being tested.

The second cour of the ‘Spy×Family’ anime will be released on October 1, 2022. Once again, Crunchyroll will stream the anime as it airs. Cour 2 will have 13 episodes.

An adorable key visual has also been revealed which has Anya in the foreground.

You can see all the main characters present in the visual, along with Anya’s friends and principal. Yor and Loid are also going to be closer to each other as the episodes air.

As cour 2 debuts, you will also be introduced to Keith Kepler, a minor antagonist in the Doggy Crisis arc. Anya will get kidnapped by their organization, but her awesome parents will undoubtedly come to her rescue.

All in all, Spy x Family is set to return with even more action and mind-reading adventures as tiny Anya will be swept away into a world of spy secrets.

About Spy × Family

Spy × Family is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuya Endo in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.

The story follows a spy who has to “build a family” to execute a mission, not realizing that the girl he adopts as a daughter and the woman he agrees to be in a fake marriage with are a mind reader and an assassin respectively.

Season 2 and a theatrical film are releasing in 2023.
