The chapter starts with the answer sheets of the students being locked away in a safe location. Fearing that Anya flunked her exams, Twilight sneaks into the school, intending to change her answers.
However, he runs into an obviously low-grade spy who is on a mission to change someone’s answers. After a few hilarious incidents, the duo makes it to the exam cell.
The low-grade spy “knocks out” Twilight (disguised as a professor), and Twilight goes along with it as he wants this guy to leave as soon as possible so he can get to work.
Twilight finds out that the spy was actually trying to manipulate Damian’s answers so he would fail the test. As this might jeopardize Anya’s chances of getting closer to Damian, he changes Damian’s answer sheet back to its original state.
He then goes on to change Anya’s answers, but after looking at her sheet, he decides not to. When the results come out, it turns out that Anya had managed to score enough to not fail.
Seeing that Anya was actually working, he decided to let her go the natural path and not interfere with her marks.

Spy × Family is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuya Endo in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.
The story follows a spy who has to “build a family” to execute a mission, not realizing that the girl he adopts as a daughter and the woman he agrees to be in a fake marriage with are a mind reader and an assassin respectively.
