Solo Leveling Chapter 156: Release Date, Delay, Discussion

In Chapter 155 of Solo Leveling webtoon, Sung Jin-Woo took Cha Hae-In to an amusement park on a date. He called her his only friend.

Later, Jin-Woo revealed that the gate, where his father disappeared, appeared in that park. Jin-Woo realized that such rides were too slow for S-Rank Hunters. So, he summoned Kaisel, and together they went on a ride in the sky.

As Hae-In got ready to go back, Jin-Woo said that he still had something to show. Then, as they gazed at the stars over the sky, a shooting star appeared.

We bring you the latest chapter updates for this manga.

1. Chapter 156 Discussions and Predictions

Jin-Woo and Hae-In spent the day together, looking over the starry sky, leaning on each other while the world is seemingly about to end. I wonder when they are going to confess their feelings for each other. Maybe soon.

But judging from Jin-Woo’s phone, it seemed more like he considered Cha Hae-In as a friend and nothing else.

Although, Jin-Woo already knows that she is interested in him from the beginning. Maybe he always considered her a friend and nothing more than that.

Overall, the Chapter was super fun and pretty sweet. It’s the calm before the upcoming chaos, but I feel they’ll get through it somehow. Let’s wait for the next Chapter!

Meanwhile, Jin-Woo realizes why he can’t sense the monsters inside the gate. He wonders where they are hiding. Finally, he decides to stop the gate himself.

As he scrolls through his contact list on the phone, he wonders who he would be spending his last moments with.

At the Hunter’s Guild HQ, Cha Hae-In’s master comments that he senses some fear from her sword and asks her why. Suddenly, Cha Hae-In’s phone starts ringing. After hanging up, she rushes out, saying something came up, so she has to go.

At an amusement park, local people are stunned as they see S-Rank Hunter Sung Jin-Woo with their bare eyes. Then they realize he is with another S-Rank Hunter Cha Hae-In. Hae-In asks Jin-Woo if he likes such places, to which he replies he doesn’t but comes there once in a while.

Jin-Woo then calls her ‘his only friend’ as he reminds her of the time when she came to rescue him in front of the statue.

Cha Hae-In asks him about the double dungeon, to which Jin-Woo replies he is not sure himself. Cha Hae-In thinks that it’s been two years since she became a Hunter, and it feels very good to take a walk like that.

Jin-Woo asks her if she wants to ride on the ferry wheel. So, they decide to ride everything there.

While taking a roller coaster ride, Cha Hae-In doesn’t scream even once. Later, Jin-Woo comments that such rides are too slow for S-Rank Hunters. He summons Kaisel, and together they go on a ride in the sky.

Cha Hae-In asks Jin-Woo why he took her to the amusement park if he had a shadow soldier like that. Jin-Woo reveals that the gate, that his father disappeared into, appeared in that park, so he wanted to come there.

Hae-In says goodbye to her and thanks to her for always showing generosity to him. But Jin-Woo says that he still has something to show. As they gaze at the stars over the sky, a shooting star appears. The Chapter ends here.
