A dangerous cat-and-mouse game ensues between Big Alice and Snowpiercer. Wilford starts gearing up for war and manages to harpoon some of Snowpiercers cars. However, Big Alice ends up using up a lot of fuel to get past the debris Layton put on the tracks in an attempt to slow them down. Snowpiercer ambushes them and Wilford ends up surrendering. In order to swing the vote in his favor, Layton has Asha lie and claim that he found her in New Eden. While his inner circle knew this was a lie, they unanimously seemed to agree the situation called for it. The strategy works and the majority vote in favor of heading to the Horn Of Africa. Chapter 4 of the Snowpiercer Season 3 series, titled “Bound by One Track”, has been released on Monday, Feb 14, 2022 at 6:00 pm PDT.

Snowpiercer Season 3 Episode 3 Recap
The episode picks up from Wilford gearing up to go to war with the pirate train. The main train ends up getting slowed down because of Layton’s move to put debris on the tracks. Wilford manages to lose them and has the lights turned out. Meanwhile, Layton has to let go of some of the cars due to Wilford’s harpoon attack. Thanks to Pike signaling them with fireworks, they are able to locate the main train again.
Kevin tortures Strongboy to make an example of him and to get him to name his collaborators. The torture ends up killing him. Snowpiercer cuts off the main train’s exit strategy and Layton tries to get Wilford to surrender. At this point, the main train is out of fuel and Wilford shuts the power off and threatens that everyone on the train will freeze to death if Snowpiercer doesn’t reattach. With Javi’s help, Layton is able to sneak aboard the Engine.
Layton threatens to kill Wiford if he doesn’t tell the boarding party to stand down. Wilford agrees and surrenders the train to Layton. The citizens that took part celebrate the resistance’s victory. Audrey is banished to Third. Layton tells Ruth his plan about traveling to the Horn Of Africa and that he intends to hold a vote regarding the same.
